Returns:
Here at Wild Beast we are happy to exchange/refund any of our products within 14 days of receipt. However all products must be returned in its original packaging, unworn and odour free. Therefore we need it to be in a condition we deem resellable.
You will only be entitled to a refund or an exchange if the criteria below are all met. If you are looking to exchange your product we can only do so if we have the size you want in stock.
The following criteria listed below are possible reasons why our customer care team may reject your request for a return:
• The product is not in its original packaging.
• The product has been used.
• The product has been worn.
• The product has been washed.
• The product has been modified.
• The product has been damaged after purchase.
Returns Procedure:
If you believe you meet the above criteria for a refund or exchange then please contact [email protected] . We will then guide you through the next process.
If you are looking to return a product you have ordered then please contact us at the email address provided where we will give you the return address. Once we receive the item/s back at our headquarters via Royal Mail Signed For we will check the product meets our criteria. If we feel it is in a re-sellable state then we will contact you to discuss your next options.
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, please give us details on your change of size and we will send you the correct size. However we will not send the product until redelivery costs have been paid.
If there is a genuine fault with the product we will be happy to send you a replacement however only if the criteria above is met. All of our products will have been quality assured throughout the process so there should be no faulty items. If you are looking to get a refund and we have received the product in mint condition then we will refund you the full amount. However if we reject your request we will keep the product until the cost of redelivery has been paid.
